

PROS: They DID predict my baby’s gender correctly. I also got new pictures, but they were still quite blurry. She was still rude, but was quieter this time around. We had called and told them about how upset i was during my session, and they allowed me to come in for another with a different technician. She rolled them up and shoved them in my bag. The images were extremely blurry and even printed wrong due to her yanking them. I went to the bathroom and jumped around a bit in hopes of turning him, but the technician had a bit of a fit about me going to the bathroom during the session (while i still had ample time left!) When she printed the pictures, she literally YANKED THEM from the machine. My baby would not cooperate and turn right side up.

You would think that being in this field, she would at least be nice about it or crack a smile. I understand it’s not ~her job~ to be excited for us, and my family definitely made up for it, but still. She rushed through my session (i understand it’s timed) and announced the gender with ZERO enthusiasm.


When we were finally called in to the room, the ultrasound technician was very cold and rude. They didn’t have the frame, but said we could come get one when they got them in again. She wasn’t very welcoming, but maybe she was having a rough day? (It was first thing in the morning though lol) The package we chose was supposed to come with a frame, among other things. Upon walking in (with an appointment!), the front desk lady was kind of off-putting. This was pre-covid, so I was with my boyfriend, mom, elderly aunt and best friend. I was super excited, and had just recently found out that I was 15 weeks pregnant. I went here in September of 2019, pregnant with my first (and only) child. She called me back and told me the owner said the same thing and that u shouldn’t come in 1 min later then ten min late! … – show (if she stayed 2 min towards the end of her day to accommodate a customer it would have Been ideal. She said she is booked bak to back and she can’t stay another minute past her last appointment he has they all need to leave. (may be too late to get a clear ultrasound photo)! She kept cutting me off and stating “we have a policy that states if your not here by 10 Minutes we have to cancel your appointment and charge you a no show fee “! I said to her I just need one or two extra minutes. I am a full time working mom and she wanted to charge me $50 and cancel my appt to come in weeks later. I was disrespected on the phone and she made me feel Uncomfortable saying she has to leave by 2 pm and she has to cancel my appointment and charge a $50 dollar fee. I called them at 1230 and let them know I would probably arrive at 1:12-1:113 according to my gps (11min late). when I started my car it needed a jump, I had to wait for a male to come jump it (my husband) that took 25 min. Not to mention it wasn’t my first time going to this place, it was my return appt for a 3 d. Stay away from this place, I had an appointment with this establishment and I made it a few weeks in advance.
