I cannot figure out how to get outlook or owa to refresh. After accepting the invitation the events for the calendar eventually started showing up on my phone. I had the secretary create an additional mailbox. This is what I'm testing now and it appears to work. I have also used CodeTwo Sync to sync the calendar from a shared mailbox that the assistant has access to and it updates a second calendar on each of their mailboxes and it works well too. Outlook and OWA will have the calendar and show up as an additional calendar as before too.

Add that mailbox to their phone and only sync calendars. The simplest way to do this is to create an additional mailbox that everyone (4 people) have full access to. Well, I feel your pain as I have gone through this multiple times. On another note, I would love to know the secret to getting contacts to sync between IOS and office 365 also. Tried to call Microsoft but was told their doing a system update and their techs are not answering the phones. Someone is supposed to call me back in the next two to three hours. I've read countless articles about this working/not working, supported/not supported. Still can't get it to show up on the phones. I also tried just creating a shared mailbox. The execs are in no way shape or form going to open the webpage on their phone to look at a shared calendar.

Problem is, can't see the group calendar on IOS/Android Native Outlook app or IOS/Android OWA app. I've setup a Executive Team group and that works perfectly with desktop outlook and OWA. No need for everyone to see you've got a dr appointment tomorrow. The executives want this calendar to be in addition to their normal calendar so the other execs can't see their normal calendar. The office assistant also needs full access to add and or remove items to this calendar.

The executives all want to be able to view and update the calendar on their Outlook desktop and on their Iphones. I need to setup a calendar that will be shared with three executives. This is what I'm trying to do in whatever way is the easiest to setup and manage. First of all, trying to figure out how to do this is absolutely ridiculous.
